We want to partner with you to find your client the ideal workspace. You'll manage the relationship, and when your client joins the WeWork community, you'll earn a fee for up to a year. It's that simple.

What you get:

10% fee
With 12 months upfront on all new 12-month membership agreements.
3 months
Upfront on every qualified introduction.
2% fee
Month-to-month on long-term agreements (up to 36 months).
Renewals
Earn a 2% monthly payment each time your client renews their agreement.
Expansions
Earn 10% on new space your client signs.
